1. Order Confirmation
• Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production.

2. Production Time
• Production time is approximately 3–5 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
• Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or shipping conditions.

3. Customization
• Any customization must be mentioned before production starts.
• Once production begins, no changes can be made.

4. Cancellation Policy
• Pre-orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
• Only store credit may be issued if canceled before production.

5. Returns & Exchanges
• No returns or exchanges unless damaged or defective.

6. Sizing Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
