1. Order Confirmation<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.
\n\u2022 Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production.<\/p>\n\n

2. Production Time<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Production time is approximately 3\u20135 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
\n\u2022 Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or shipping conditions. Customers will be notified if any delay happens.<\/p>\n\n

3. Customization<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Any customization (size changes, sleeve adjustments, measurements, etc.) must be mentioned before production starts.
\n\u2022 Once production begins, no changes can be made to the order.<\/p>\n\n

4. Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Pre-orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
\n\u2022 If cancellation is requested before production, only store credit may be issued (no cash refunds).<\/p>\n\n

5. Returns & Exchanges<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Pre-order items are made specifically per request; therefore, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless:
\n\u2022 The item is received damaged.
\n\u2022 The item is not as described or has a production defect.
\n\u2022 Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.<\/p>\n\n

6. Sizing Responsibility<\/strong>
